  This is not a good place for health care if you require compassion and understanding. They seem very interested in training the doctors of tomorrow on technical procedure but none of it includes empathy unfortunately. I was not allowed to speak. When I did the health care professional in the room spoke over me and very aggressively corrected and dismissed every statement and question that came out of my mouth. She simply refused to communicate with me. disregarding me by asking demeaning questions like, if my ocd was more of an issue then the rash and open wounds on my arms and face (seriously). I've had multiple experience that at this clinic and art the oshu clinics in downtown Portland. i would recommend patients with history of abuse and who suffer from ptsd or other problems related to never go to ohsu. Ever. This is a learning clinic and they cannot be bothered by your comfort or needs in my experiences.
